He is survived by: his wife Lucy of Shawano; his daughter Debbie Theis (Steve) of Shawano; his grandsons, Jacob (Kelsie), Nick and Isaac; his son Kevin Kufahl (Carolyn) of Watertown, WI; his grandchildren, Haden (Hailey), Cade and Tiffany; his son David Kufahl (Amy) of Neenah; his grandchildren, Bailey, Caitlyn and Mason; his daughter Rebecca Trudeau (Jim) of Appleton; his grandsons, Samuel and Zachary; his brothers, Marty (Audrey), Cliff and Doug (Judy); and his brother-in-law Harold "Bucky" Schulz.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials in Jerry's name to the Salvation Army or the American Red Cross.
