He is survived by: his son Brandan Bushy (Melanie Conte); his stepdaughter Elizabeth Knapp (Dakota); his girlfriend Dawna Myers; his siblings, Mike Bushy (Julie) and Janet Clark (Jim Leveque); his stepgrandchildren, Brooklynn and Garrett Knapp; and his brother-in-law Dan Brickheimer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
