He is survived by: his mother Joyce Carol Fahrendorff (Hagen); his uncle Ronald Hagen; his children, Elyzabeth Hoffman (Kyle), Cat Hagen (Mik) and Eliot Hagen; his grandchildren, Henry, Clyde, Lilith and Artemis; his brothers, Jack (Sherry), Jeffrey (Susan) and Joseph; and his sister-in-law Mary. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
