She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Urick and Ottilie Urick (Kessler). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Franklyn T. Bergmann (Tom); her children, Tom Bergmann (Lisa) and Christine Helgeson (Brett); her grandchildren, Chase Bergmann (Reba), Bailey Steger (Erich), Ryan Helgeson, Christian Bergmann, Bethany Durie (Aidan), Hannah Bergmann, Benjamin Helgeson, Sarah Bergmann, Marianna Helgeson, Joshua Bergmann, Daniel Bergmann and Caroline Bergmann; and her great grandchildren, Ella, Toby, Tommy Durie, Emmerich and Mathilda Steger.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Shawano County Humane Society are preferred.
