He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hert (Ball); his children, Matthew (Debra Jo) of Pulaski, WI, Joe (Jill) of Bonduel, WI, Michelle Caelwaerts (Jeff) of Sheboygan, WI and Lisa Hughes (Tony) of Sheboygan, WI.; and his brothers, Mark (Diedra) of Jupiter and Michael (Julie) of Oshkosh, WI.. He is also survived by grandfather to his grandchildren.
