He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Teetzen and Elsie Teetzen (Wendorf); his wife Kathy Teetzen; his brothers, Alfred Teetzen (Shirley), Curtis Teetzen (Carol) and Willis Teetzen; and his siblings-in-law, Irving Korth, Merlyn "Butch" Blonde (Gloria), Shirley Redwine, Beverly Miller (Frank) and Mildred "Millie" Nelson.

He is survived by: his children, Terri Teetzen of Oro Valley, AZ, Timothy Teetzen of Shawano, WI and Thomas Teetzen (Stacey) of Green Bay, WI; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Bartz, Briana Bartz and Allison Bartz; his siblings, Ruth Korth and Merle Teetzen; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Teetzen and Carl Nelson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, Marlyn requested that memorials be directed to St. Jakobi Lutheran Church.
