He was predeceased by : his parents, Sherburn Dodge and Janette Dodge (Krietzer); his daughter Kim Dodge-Reinhardt; his brother Richard Dodge (Sandy); and his brothers-in-law, John Olfson, Jim Winton and John Bosser.

He is survived by : his wife Rose Marie Dodge; his son Mark Dodge (Kathy); his grandsons, Dr. Austin Dodge (Amanda) and Drs; and his nephews, Daniel Bosser and Kevin Dodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
