She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Klug and Silas Klug. She is survived by: her son John Nicholas; her husband John Koss (Jack); her children, Sam Koss (Ericka) and Alissa Koss-Hutjens (Jamie); her grandchildren, Zoe Rain, John Abbitt, Daisy Odelia, Lily Wynne, Sabin Casimir, Amelia Rose, Wyatt Jaxson, Phoebe Elsbeth, Celia Marie, Hazel Lydia and Isla Eloise; her siblings, Jo Ellen Lessin (Stan), Kathleen Klug, Mick Klug (Deb) and Peter Klug (Rhonda); and her stepsisters, Diane Mathees (Keith) and Kathy Kessel (Todd).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mickelson Funeral & Cremation Service, Inc. (336 S Sawyer St, Shawano, WI 54166). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family kindly requests memorials in Polly's name to Doctors Without Borders, an organization she has supported for many years.
