He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Mazurek and Helen Mazurek (Jablonski). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Tomko of Shawano; his brother-in-law Larry Tomko (Chris) of Henderson, Nevada; and his cousins, Geri, Lillian and Laverne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
