It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita H. Trinko of Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Reinke and Violet Reinke (Paiser); her husband Lee Trinko; and her brother Jack Reinke. She is survived by: her son Mark Trinko (Mary) of Shawano; her grandchildren, Andrew Trinko (Brittany) of Ayersville, Brandon Trinko of Illinois, Nicole LaReau of Portage, WI and Michael LaReau of Eau Claire, WI; and her sister Carol Oestrich. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1254 S Union St, Shawano, WI 54166).
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family prefers memorials in Rita's name to the Shawano County Humane Society.
