He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernhard "Ben" Habeck and Wilma Habeck (Egen); his sister Donna Jean MacDonald (Ken); his parents-in-law, Arlyn Krumbach and Dulice Krumbach; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Nordwig and Rita Gurlt (Eugene).
He is survived by: his wife Janet Habeck; his children, Krisan Baker (David) and Kevin Habeck (Patti); his grandchildren, Abby Mosher (Corbin), Claire McCloskey (Cole), Emily Habeck, Brynn Goudreau (Nick) and Jack Habeck (Morgan); his great grandchild Eloise Mosher; his sister-in-law Barbara Nordwig; and his niece Cindy Korth.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials in Wayne's name to St. James Lutheran Church, St. James School, St. Jude Children's Hospital or Feeding America.
