He was predeceased by: his wife Susan E. Swart; his parents, William Swart and Elizabeth Swart; and his siblings, Robert Swart, Philip Swart and Miriam Heideman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kristine Fritsch (Henry) of Sheboygan Falls and Julia Unger of West Allis; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Fritsch of Racine, Jonathan Fritsch of Sheboygan Falls and Jacob Unger of West Allis; his siblings, David Swart (Barbara) of Rochester, MN and Bonnie Peter (John) of Brandon, FL; and his in-laws, Ralph Heideman of Hingham, Carla Swart of Sioux Falls, SD, Joan Swart of Hingham and Judy Jensema (Neil) of Sheboygan Falls. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
