He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Muellenbach and Dorothy Muellenbach (Schroeder); his son Keith Muellenbach; his parents-in-law, Jerome and Virginia Neumeyer; his siblings, Erwin (Suzanne), Richard (Heather), Robert and Carol Christel (Eugene); and his brothers-in-law, Donald Reisterer, Everett Henning, Marvin Meinnert, Howard Hofschild and Chuck Neumeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Sheboygan Falls; his son Brett Muellenbach of Green Bay; his daughters-in-law, Ann Muellenbach and Doralee Sallis; his grandson Devin Muellenbach; his siblings, Helen Henning, Diana Meinnert, Jim Muellenbach (Deb), Al Muellenbach (Flay), Sue Hofschild and Rita Klauck (Dan); and his siblings-in-law, Pauline Hall (Nick), Joan Zielinski (Dick), Sandy Griffin (John), Diana Neumeyer and Mark Neumeyer (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The American Heart Association.
