She is survived by: her husband Gerald Swart; her daughters, Kristine Fritsch (Henry) of Sheboygan Falls and Julia Unger of West Allis; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Fritsch of Racine, Jonathan Fritsch of Sheboygan Falls and Jacob Unger of Waukesha; her sister Judy Jensema (Neil) of Sheboygan Falls; and her in-laws, Ralph Heideman of Hingham, Bonnie Peter (John) of Brandon, FL, David Swart (Barbara) of Rochester, MN, Carla Swart of Sioux Falls, SD and Joan Swart of Hingham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Reformed Church - Sheboygan Falls (527 Giddings Ave, Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association in Susan's name.
