Enders (Linda); his siblings, Terri Cohen (Matt), Holly Soto (Hector), Heidi Porter (Ray), Dirk Huibregtse (Courtney), Brad Enders (Melissa), Jason Enders (Micah), Lorri Steward (Calvin), Sue Shackleton (John) and Jenny Knuth (Jason); his sister-in-law Sandi Enders; and his friend Glenn Naumann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
