She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Davy and Meta Davy (Ziesel); her husband John Hiebing; her siblings, Gerald and Marion Davy (Matthias); and her grandson Craig.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Hiebing (Barb) of Goodyear, AZ, Steve Hiebing (Lisa) of Elkhart Lake, Tim Hiebing (Mary) of Sheboygan, Kathy Hiebing (Dave Jetzer) of Sheboygan Falls, Al Hiebing (Shelly) of Cape Coral, FL and Linda Wright (Marc) of Monona, WI. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren among other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Clement Catholic Church (707 N 6th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cecelia's name for the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice are appreciated.
