She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Martin and Emma Martin (Schwengels); her husband William "Bill" Strong; her siblings, Richard Martin (Patricia), Barbara Falk and Joyce Quirk (Ollie); her in-law William Strong (Alice); and her sister-in-law Carol Willyard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Winter (Dan) of Sheboygan and Christine Fiebke (Nathan) of Rhinelander; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma Winter, Liesel, Gretchen and Kerstin Fiebke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St Paul Lutheran Church (1810 N 13th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1810 N 13th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Cindy's name.
