He is survived by: his wife Paula Switalski; his siblings, Kathy Switalski and Robert Switalski; his children, Ben Switalski (Martha), Gretchen Rixie (Justin) and Frances Lenhof (Nathan); his stepchildren, Travis and Margo; and his grandchildren, Gus, Alfie, Maeve, Marin, Suzanne and William.
In lieu of flowers, memorial funds will be set up in his memory.
