He is survived by: his nephews, Bill, Chris and Bob; his wife Dodie; his children, Kathy Horn (Gordy) of St. Cloud, Tony Kolb (Apassara) of Springfield and Connie Kolb (Peter Rosenthal) of New York; his grandchildren, Khamrone Kolb, Karina Kolb, Kate Horn and Anna Horn; his sister Karen Glickauf; and his sister-in-law Gladys Kolb.
