He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Guetschow and Lucile Hoeft Guetschow; his brothers, Richard and Steven Guetschow; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Seefeldt, Donald Townsend and Terry Schwaller.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schwaller; his children, Rick Guetschow (Lori), Steve Guetschow (Susan) of Cambridge, WI and Dawn Guetschow (Pat); his grandchildren, Tyler Guetschow (Jenn), Teal Guetschow and Mike Guetschow; his great grandchildren, Chloe and Owen Guetschow; his sisters, Shirley Seefeldt and Judith (Donald); and his brother-in-law Rodney Schwaller (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial fund has been established in his name for the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
