He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Miskiewicz; his sons, Kevin (Eric) and Eric Voelker (Sarah); his grandsons, Carson and Cody; and his brothers, Ronald, Gerald and Delbert. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
