With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward F. Canisius (Sheboygan, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Canisius and Meta Canisius; and his sister Margaret Locke. He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Kim Canisius-Hemsing (Joseph), Lisa Smith (Todd) and Tracy Canisius (Arni); and his grandchildren, Ryan (Jamie), Justin (Ashlee), Matthew (Emma), Christopher, Alivia (John Utech), Arianna (Daz Towers) and Greta.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Savior's Lutheran Church (917 Mead Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home (1535 S 12th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lutheran Cemetery (1816 New Jersey Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Ed's honor.
