He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Neese and Leona Neese (Richter); his wife Sharon M. Balza; his son Matthew; his brother Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Neese, Eugene Koll, Eugene Truttschel and Dale Spindler.
He is survived by: his sons, Randal (Melissa) of Kohler and Eric (Laura McCarthy) of Sheboygan; and his siblings, Dale Neese (Diane), Neal Neese, Shelby Truttschel, Bonnie Spindler and June Weimann (Donald). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (3027 Wilgus Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in his name to the Camo Quilt Project located in Plymouth.
