He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Ahrens and Helene Naser Ahrens; his siblings, John (Jean Ahrens) and JoAnn; his brother-in-law Allan Groll; and his niece Nona Pravechek.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Kleiber of Sheboygan; his child Jerry Ahrens (Deb) of Little Sturgeon, WI; his grandchildren, Jerry Jr., Danielle, Joe, Dorothy, Dominque, Daria and Desiree; his daughter Yvonne Rupnik of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Matt and Rachel; his daughter Mary Meng (Steve) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Andy, Elizabeth and Karen; his daughter Sue Cornelius (Steve) of Sheboygan; his grandsons, John and James; his son Tom Ahrens (Rose) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Jesse, Josh, Mark and Marjorie; his child Geno Jr. Ahrens (Jody) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Cory and Lindsey; his son Mike Ahrens (Shelia) of Sheboygan; his grandchildren, Mike and Tina; his sibling's children, Nancy Ahrens, Deb Blegen, Roger and Kevin Groll; and his siblings-in-law, Ben Kleiber (Pattie), Helen Crocker and Merle Kleiber. He is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (1305 Humboldt Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
