He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald James Voelker Sr. and Delbert Lloyd Voelker; his children, Paula Sue Voelker (Nathan Curtis) of Columbia, Maryland and Brian Patrick Voelker (Christopher Padgett) of Louisville, Kentucky; and his former wife Diane Voelker of Plymouth.
