Grace M. Strysick Obituary

Grace M. Strysick, 88, of Sheboygan passed away unexpectedly on May 13, 2025 at home. She was born on December 9, 1936, to the late Harley and Gertrude (Denton) Knoll in Conover, WI.

Grace united in marriage to Charles M. Strysick on February 25, 1956, he preceded her in death in 2023. Together they raised their four children. They enjoyed camping and going up to Conover, WI, (the family homestead).

After discovering their family was a part of the founding fathers in Conover, WI, Grace and her sisters, Mary and Kay spent many hours traveling to Conover and Ripon to work on their Denton, Knoll and Morgan family genealogy.

She is survived by her children Charles (Zondra) Strysick III, Kim Strysick, Jim (Linda) Strysick and Scott (Ann) Strysick; 10 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

Grace is preceded in death by her husband Charles Strysick; her parents Harley and Gertrude Knoll; and siblings, Ray Pape, Kay Borth, Dale Knoll and Mary Weller.

All services will be private. She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Kohler.
