He is survived by: his significant other Karen Louise Schommer; his sons, Tim Nelson (Julie) and Andrew Nelson (Angie); his grandchildren, Tyler, Joshua and Alivia Nelson; his siblings, Judy Hayon (Bill), Jean Kuznacic (Denny), Jeff Nelson (Carmenza) and Jim; and his sister-in-law Barbara Schommer. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
