He is survived by: his wife Kathy Sukowaty; his children, John W Sukowaty (Dee), Keith Sukowaty (Becky), Lauren Leppi (Zan) and Macaela Keuffer (Mark); his grandchildren, Dylan, Elliot, Brooklyn, Ethan, Max, Reilly, Carter and Eli; his great grandchild Dominic; his grandchildren, Tylar, Brianna and Connor; and his sisters, Jean Reimer (Mike), Gerette Sukowaty and Lynette Mierzejewski (Joe).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ursday Zimmer Westview Funeral & Cremation Care Center (W2132 Garton Rd, Howards Grove, WI 53083). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
