She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Fields and Pauline Fields (Trester); her husband Ralph Radke; her daughter Cynthia Radke; and her brothers, Thomas and Roger Fields.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Randie Boyd (Adam) of Sheboygan and Nicholas Baalke (Melissa) of Sheboygan; her sister-in-law Pat Fields; and her daughter-in-law Susan Weiss. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Mary's name.
