She is survived by: her husband Will Phebus; her children, Steve D'Amico (Sue), Tom D'Amico (Maria) and Vicki Brubaker (Rick); her stepsons, Isaac Phebus (Julie) and Aaron Phebus (Alison); her grandchildren, Kristin Sclavi (Dan), Krystle Pfister (Matt), Daniel Reinbold (Maren), Joe D'Amico (Chloe), Laurel Brubaker (Laura Haney), Derek D'Amico (Stacie) and Emily Brubaker (Abby Sivirian); her stepgrandchildren, Ethan Phebus, Ruthie Phebus, Margaret Phebus and Emily Phebus; her great grandchildren, Madeline Pfister, Hudson Pfister and Karsyn D'Amico; and her brother Tom Tonnesen (Julie Byrne Shroka).
In lieu of flowers, it was Nancy's wish that any memorial contributions be made out to Safe Harbor of Sheboygan County.
