Naomi left this world on December 10, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ole Reppe and Clara Reppe (Hanson); her siblings, Rev. John Reppe, Janet Benson, Rev. Paul Reppe, James Reppe and Robert Reppe; and her former husbands, Elwood Waters and David Dickrell.
She is survived by: her sons, Eric Waters (Clair) of Spruce Head, ME, Paul Waters (Doreen) of Lakewood, CO and Jamie Dickrell (Katie) of Manitowoc; her grandchildren, Kasie Waters (Dylan), Kyle Waters, Courtney Waters, Emily Waters, Braden and Benson Dickrell; and her sister-in-law Ruth Reppe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Peter Lutheran Church.
