She is survived by: her husband David Ruppel of Sheboygan; her son Michael Ruppel (Miriam) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, Derek Ruppel and Hanani Gullen (Jovanny); her great grandchildren, Ileana, Santigo, Luke and Landon; her siblings, Timothy Barker of Knoxville, TN, Linda Waples (Kenneth) of Danridge, TN and Lena Landwehr (Richard) of Sheboygan; and her nephew Joseph Landwehr (Amanda) of Sheboygan. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Peggy's name.
