She is survived by: her children, Steven Summers (Rogelyn) of Milwaukee, Bennett Summers (Denise) of Kiel, Anthony Summers (Cheryl) of Oostburg and Kristin Summers of Two Rivers; her grandchildren, Alyssa Purser (Zack), Courtney Haen (Tony), Emily Summers, Solomon Summers, Mariah Carr (Blake Kellner) and Angelica Summers; and her siblings, Mark Gartman (Carol) of Sheboygan and Ruth Schultz of Wood River, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phyllis's name will donated to Trinity Lutheran Church and Songbird Pond Assisted Living in Plymouth.
