With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis L. Bacon of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Miller and Marie Miller (Backhaus); her husband Jay Bacon; her brothers, Andrew and Robert Miller; her niece Michele Leraaen; and her brother-in-law Roland Arms.
She is survived by: her sister Margaret Arms; and her great-niece Sarah Kruger.
