He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhardt Roethel and Dorothy Roethel; his former wife Karen Riviers (Walsh); and his nephew Erich Roethel. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Kimberly Dobberfuhl (Larry) and Kelly Beck (Allen); his brother Robert Roethel (Laurie); his niece Tanya King (Todd); and his nephews, Quinten Roethel (Candace) and Corey Roethel (Jennifer). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great nieces and nephews, as well as many long-term friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service (1132 Superior Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
