She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brunette and Anna Brunette; her husband Roger Hoffmann; her siblings-in-law, Ray E. Hoffmann and Roxanne Bubnes; and her nephew Ross Hoffmann.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Haynes (Rick) and Tori Skrzypchak (Tom); her grandsons, Steven Haynes and Brian Haynes (Sarah); her sister Sandy Heckner (Thomas); her siblings-in-law, Sue Hoffmann (Stolzmann) and Robert Bubnes; and her cousins, Lori Torrison (David), Bradley Bubnes (Donna), Gary Bubnes (Barbara), Kimberly Kuehl (Robert) and Tiffany Small (Terry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
