He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Nelson and Marion Nelson (Hess); and his parents-in-law, William Horn and Mary Horn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Horn; his children, Michelle Wappler and Michael Nelson; his grandsons, Isaac and Noah Wappler of Sheboygan; his sisters, Bonnie Nelson of Pewaukee, Sheila Nelson of St. Cloud, MN, Debra Weber (Peter) of Sheboygan Falls and Linda Nelson (Luke Weber) of Wauwatosa; his brothers-in-law, Richard Horn of Plymouth and Jerome Horn; his siblings' children, Rob Weber and Jamee Gischia (Jon); and his great-nieces, Bella of Sheboygan Falls, Alicyah of Sheboygan Falls and Lilyana Gischia of Sheboygan Falls.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reinbold-Novak Funeral Home (1535 S 12th St, Sheboygan, WI 53081). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
