Suzanne Sholten Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Suzanne Sholten of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Machut and Elvira Machut (Weinhold); her former husband Walter Bauer; her brother John Machut; and her pet Daisy.
She is survived by: her husband Russell; her son Jay Bauer of Little Chute; her stepchildren, Scott Sholten (Stacy) of Minneapolis, Gary Sholten (Mary) of Sheboygan, Pam Gardapee (Gary Graskamp) of Sheboygan, Mary Pantel (Gregg) of Sheboygan and Linda Sholten of Eau Claire; her grandchildren, Elena Bauer and Jackson Bauer; her stepgrandchildren, Olivia Keogh, Abbey Plocar (Ben), Hannah Rasmussen (Ryan), Paige Gordon (Ben), Hope Sholten, Jason Gardapee (Charlie), Amanda Gardapee (Justine), Drew Pantel (Scarlett Lewis), Taylor Pantel (Allyson) and Katelyn Kinnear; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nova Keogh, Brynn, Connor Plocar, Elijah, Letti Rasmussen, Alivia, Ellie, Graham Gardapee, Creighton, Cainen and Myles Pantel; and her daughter-in-law Georgine Bauer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bethany Lutheran Church (222 Church St, Kohler, WI 53044). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (824 Wisconsin Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53081).
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Sue's name.
