He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Ortwein (Jaeger) and Rev. Herman Ortwein. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Ortwein (Mark) and Sarah Zeinert (Ed); and his sister Susan Ubbelohde. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Thomas's name.
