He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Rae Simenz. He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Koellmer (Simenz); his son-in-law Jeffrey Koellmer of Seattle; his grandchildren, Taylor, Caleb and Josiah Koellmer; his great grandchild Christopher Simenz; Stacy Simenz of Milwaukee, Sophia and Quentin Simenz.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cure Alzheimer's Fund to support Alzheimer's disease research.
