He is survived by: his parents, Darren Carlson and Deborah Cournoyer; his wife Holly Berkstresser; his siblings, Kelli Hubatch (Dan) and Steven "Scuzz" Carlson (Mackenzie); his grandparents, Bob and Ann Carlson; his uncle Brian Carlson (Nancy); his aunt Stephanie Cech (Barry); and his cousins, Cody, Tyler, Tim (Kristina) and Melanie.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 27 W 5th Ave, Shell Lake, WI 54871.

In lieu of flowers, Brian's family would greatly appreciate it if memorials or donations could be directed to the Shell Lake Fire Department in memory of Brian.
