She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Shipley; her siblings, Ora Mae Doege and Basil Peterson; and her son Thomas Reed Shipley. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret McFarland; and her sister Duva Hakenson. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
