She is survived by: her father Richard Cook; her children, Josh Howells and Tyrell Frisbie (Alyssa); her grandchildren, Tessa, Stella and Aubree Frisbie; her sister Hannah Howells; her sister-in-law Cindi Howells; and her nieces and nephews, Kenny, Kara Howells, Tasha Garcia and Richard Howells.
