He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smet; his children, Tara Dakins and Todd (Kelly); his godchildren, Keli Ramirez and Becky Vanden Boogaard; his siblings, Jerry Dakins (Tommie), Kathy Carnot, Bob Dakins (Deb), Karen Schommer and Bev Stingle; and his brothers-in-law, Mel DeBroux and Bryan Vanden Boogaard.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John - Sacred Heart Parish (N369 Military Rd, Sherwood, WI 54169). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Sacred Heart Parish (N369 Military Rd, Sherwood, WI 54169).
