He is survived by: his significant other Linda Mentzel; his children, James Spaulding (Kristel), Nicole Spaulding (Chris Steinbring), Wendy Kellogg (Justin) and Sondra Dankert (Jacob); his sister Melissa Gilliam (Tim); and his sister-in-law Charlotte Hauschultz.
