He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGlynn Sr. and Gladys McGlynn (Sutherland); his brothers, Keith Houston (Joyce) and Gordon McGlynn (Sharon); and his brother-in-law Jack Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife Becky McGlynn (Bruun); his children, Melissa Wiegel (Eric) and Shawn McGlynn (Suzy); his grandchildren, Ryne Wiegel, Ireland Wiegel, Autumn McGlynn, Adisynne Wiegel, Colton McGlynn, Aspen McGlynn and Rhet Wiegel; his sisters, Kay Ingram and Cheryl Mulcahy (Dennis); his godson David Ingram; and his sister-in-law Terri Bennett. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (334 S Sidney St, Shullsburg, WI 53586).
