He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwayne Hill and Hyla Hill (Oppedal); and his daughter Kendra Hill. He is survived by: his wife Marifern Anderson; his daughter Melanie Church (Chris); his granddaughters, Kimberly Church (Quin Schram) and Krista Church (Drew Barganz); his brothers, David Hill and Mark Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Cyndy Hill and Kathy Hyland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Northern Door Children's Center in Sister Bay to honor Don's love of children and strong belief in education.
