She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Zeman and Minnie Zeman; her husband William F. Protz; her sisters, Marion (Edward Schuessler) and Pauline (Robert M. Langenfeld); and her granddaughter Melissa Protz.
She is survived by: her children, William Protz (Carolyn) of West End, NC, John Protz (Joyce) of Port Charlotte, FL, Janet Protz of Sister Bay, WI and Nancy Pillat (Paul) of Sister Bay, WI. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
