He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Weborg and Eleanor Weborg (Strandell); his granddaughter Alyssa Fuerst; his brother Jeffrey Weborg (Elizabeth); and his sisters-in-law, Joan Weborg (Niles) and Roxanne Weborg (Gene).
He is survived by: his nephew Eric; his wife Melannie Gruman; his daughters, Heather Laughlin (Jim), Holly Sunstrom (Nathan) and Leslie Staver (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Anthony Laughlin, Alex Laughlin, Isaac Sunstrom, Tyler Sunstrom, Riley Staver, Brady Staver and Reese Staver; his grandson-in-law Joey Fuerst; his siblings, Niles Weborg, Gene Weborg, Joy Kjell (Rick) and Janice DeNure; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Weborg (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to Bethel Baptist Church, Door County Maritime Museum, or Joni and Friends ministry serving individuals with disabilities worldwide.
