She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Dornacker and Lorraine Dornacker; her husband James E. Legate; her children, Judy Ann and Robert; her brothers, Richard and Raymond Dornacker; and her siblings-in-law, Edmund Sauer, Robert E. Legate (Marilyn), Fred Legate (Charlotte), Milton Legate (Marge), Valeria Legate (Milton), Patricia Hartmann, Roberta Zastrow and Jenny Whitt (James).
She is survived by: her son James H. (Sharon) of West Bend; her daughter-in-law Laurie; her grandson James T. (Brielle); her great great grandchildren, Mason, Madison and Camden; her siblings, Delores Sauer of Allenton, Janette Cardarelle of Evansville, IN. and Jerome "Sam" Dornacker (Lee Ann) of West Bend; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Legate, Lois Dornacker of Kohlsville and Kay Dornacker of West Virginia.
